DELIVERY TIMELINE

We currently only ship to the United States through this site, please visit us on Etsy if you would like to place an international shipping order. Our orders are shipped from Pacifica, Ca. Most of the items are made-to-order and can take anywhere between 1 and 2 weeks to craft. Some items are already made and thus ready to ship upon purchase. Packages usually take between 1-2 to be delivered in the U.S. and up to a Month for international orders. For the current status on your order, please login into your profile.

All U.S. shipping is free as we already factor it into the price of our items. International shipping rates vary based on country.

Order processing and delivery time

Orders placed on Friday afternoons, during weekends, or National Holidays will be processed the next business day. During holiday periods, such as Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Christmas, and Easter, orders may be subject to delay. Please allow a few additional business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

U.S. Free Postal Delivery 1 - 2 weeks after the items are ready.  International shipping delivery time varies and can take up to a month to arrive at its’ destination.

Where does my order ship from?

Bootlegger Beanies operates our fulfillment locations from Pacifica, Ca. Based on the size of your order it will be shipped through USPS or UPS.
